Who

Impact Media House is a boutique social media agency that helps creative, community-first brands show up boldly online. Founded by Caroline, Impact blends social strategy with personality, helping clients create high-energy digital narratives that actually connect.

When Caroline reached out, she knew her branding had potential, but it wasn’t fully capturing the energy she wanted. It felt close, but not quite there — like it was missing that last 10% that would make it feel like a completely realized brand. She wanted something more cohesive, more elevated, and more distinct, while still keeping the fun, personality-driven energy that made Impact stand out in the first place.

What

On our first call, I presented two mood board concepts — one based entirely on Impact’s dream client (I called it “Booked, Busy, and Bold Wedding Planner”), and one inspired by a phrase Caroline had written in her brand vision workbook “Sipping espresso on a Portugal beach”. She loved both, so we landed on something that perfectly balanced the two, creating a brand that felt bright, elevated, and unmistakably Caroline.

From there, I refined the color palette to be more eye-catching, more intentional, and more her. Instead of making a huge shift away from what she had already built, I adjusted the existing shades, bumped up the playfulness, and pulled in colors directly from her brand photography — especially the orange — to tie everything together and make sure it felt seamless across all of her existing brand assets.

Impact’s smiley face icon had always been a signature, but we gave it a subtle but impactful update, refining the shape to feel more recognizable and classic instead of overly playful or childish.

The biggest thing missing in Impact’s online presence was a sense of cohesion. Caroline is a pro at curating other people’s social media pages, but when it came to her own, her Instagram didn’t have that signature, recognizable look — her vision was clear, but the execution wasn’t quite there. We refined her typography, cleaned up the brand guidelines, and added thoughtful details to bring it all together. Now, everything feels aligned, polished, and completely recognizable as Impact Media House.
